The Secondary School Education Support Project aims to improve student access and retention in secondary schools through a school infrastructure construction program. Its implementation will lay the foundation for a sustainable, equitable, and high-quality secondary education development strategy.

- A performance monitoring matrix for the education system is available, and its results are disseminated.
- Digital applications, including the school mapping system, are available.
- Regulatory texts are adopted, and management and regulatory measures are applied.
- School dashboards are regularly updated.
- A strategy for the production, acquisition, and distribution of textbooks is implemented.
- 750 classrooms and 340 latrine blocks are constructed.
- The ratio of teaching groups per permanent-material classroom is improved in the Borgou-Alibori, Ouémé-Plateau, and Zou-Collines
